I eat oatmeal quite often and I’m always thinking of ways to make each bowl different than the last. Sometimes I eat it plain, made sweet and creamy with bananas, or I’ll toss in chopped apples and slivered almonds. Other times I’ll eat it vanilla almond milk, cashews and raspberries. I almost always add cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger or vanilla and sometimes all three! I just love the versatility of this hot breakfast cereal. One of my absolute favorite things to add to my oatmeal is CHOCOLATE. I LOVE chocolate and this is a deliciously clean way to curb my cravings for the creamy goodness of chocolate without the guilt. I called this “Mexican Chocolate” Oatmeal because of delicate hint of cinnamon entangled with delectable chocolate flavor that makes this breakfast absolutely perfect.
